Loved the location. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Our room was small but we had everything we needed.
The only thing I had an issue with was the choice of channels on TV. There only 3 English channels and they were all news

Helpful and welcoming staff who also made sure we were able to park our large vehicle safely despite our late arrival. Beautifully decorated and finished with little touches we appreciated. Excellent location especially as we only had a few hours to spend in this lovely place. We walked directly into the midst of fabulous buildings, restaurants and cafes. The land train tour gave us a flavour of the history and a glimpse of the landmarks. We would love to return with more time to do Nuremburg justice.

Great location, spotlessly clean this is a great city break hotel.
It just needed a couple of touches to justify its 4 star rating - For example no kettle in room to make a note drink and a coffee shop in reception would easily address this.
Breakfast service was very good but can we have a toaster to just toast our own bread,

Nice and cool stay for one night at the heart of Nürnberg. Very friendly and helpful staff, great room with AC, very good breakfast buffet.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city centre, directly across from the main station and at the corner of the old town. This made it incredibly easy to explore the sights on foot. However, the central location also meant it was quite noisy, which is something to keep in mind.
The welcome was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a specific request for a room with separate beds for the kids, and while they ultimately weren't able to find a suitable room for us, they genuinely tried their best to help. I could see them searching diligently on their computer, and I appreciated their effort. They did mention that to guarantee a room with separate beds, it's necessary to send a specific request to the hotel before your stay, as simply selecting the option when booking isn't always enough. This is a helpful tip for other families to keep in mind.
The absolute best part of the stay was the delicious breakfast. There was an excellent variety of food available, with small portions that allowed me to try many different things, including dishes with artichokes, courgettes, and linseeds. It was a fantastic way to start our day.
