This hotel has a well trained and professional staff team. No matter which post they were on, be it front desk or dining room, there were efficient and responsible for their work. They all looked happy at work!

Hotel Victoria was an excellent choice for our weekend visit to Nuremberg. The location was very central - 2 mins from the main train station and also the old town and all its fabulous sights. The hotel was very clean and superb buffet breakfast. The staff was first class - extremely helpful and pleasant - a lot of hotels could learn how staff should welcome and care for guests.
Nothing - wish our stay was starting again.
