Wonderful
The location near the train station (just a few minutes walk) and at the entrance of the old town was a plus for us. The women that cleaned our room was very kind! Breakfast was worth the cost.
We stayed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and the outdoor music was quite loud until 2AM on Friday and Saturday. Sunday night it was quiet. Ask for an upper room and ask if it will be noisy outside at night. For us the noise was coming from a plaza where people were not supposed to congregate. The hotel said they would call the police to quiet them down. I wish the hotel would have been more proactive to do that instead of waiting for us to call and complain.

Location great, big room that was quiet, front desk guy when I checked in was fantastic. Like their mission
Hated the big square pillows but you can ask for something else but I have to say I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was good but you need to have eggs made to order which was ok but they don’t ask how many so you get one fried egg and it appeared a half of piece of bacon. Some room for improvement.

Very nice boutique hotel right in the center of town next to all the beautiful cathedrals, shops and restaurants. Great staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Parking 2-minute walk away.
No electric car charging on site.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the room was light and spacious, the staff exrtremly helpful, the breakfast delicious. The subway was 4 minutes away, the train station 1 minute away, all the main attractions minutes away. I will surely be back.

Such a lovely boutique hotel with a centre-ice location across the way from the Neues Museum. We had an attic room - romantic with the pitched ceiling, large spa tub in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed, lovely clean room. Nice breakfast buffet that was included in the price of our room. Very friendly front desk staff who stored our luggage for us when we were checking out.
That we didn’t book a longer stay (we were there only one night).

Great location across street from train station, in old town which is an easy walk. Great breakfast, staff was wonderful in the restaurant and front desk. Comfortable bed and bonus time, heated bathroom floors

Excellent location near main train station, friendly staff and a good choice at breakfast. Room comfortable with view of the New Arts Museum. Free bottled water and ice lollies in reception, lovely touch.
We had to ask for a kettle in the room as not standard like in the UK. Although there was a full length mirror near the door it was not practical to sit and apply make up therefore a mirror over the dressing table would have been great.(Bathroom mirror also too high to see in once sitting down).

Excellent location. Reasonably quiet, but close to train station. Good breakfast.
Room was smaller than other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast area became somewhat crowded. They might think about putting in a coffee machine to reduce staff workload.
