Room was pretty comfortable with a comfortable bed. On site dining was good. Parking was not on-site but nearby.
Communication from the staff member on-site was not the greatest but we were able to find our way to the hotel despite construction and other road disruptions in the area. Parking is not super convenient to access.

Wonderful
Good, however you have to order from a small menu, and yes it was still inclusive in the cost of the hotel. Once they were super later in bringing our food, and we had to get up and leave, but they apologized and I think that was the least they could do. So, apology accepted.

We booked this property because of location. The rooms were not big, but adequate for the one night. The little outdoor balcony was useful to us as we did some hand washing and were able to dry to clothes quickly outside. Staff were helpful and the restaurant downstairs was handy for a light meal and beverage.
There was unexpected construction taking place right in front of the hotel which made for a bit of noise and congestion, but bearable as the hotel put our rooms in the back facing a courtyard.

Very well located, in walking range for restaurants, historical locations and Durer platz. Very polite, prepared and ready to help staff. Very good breakfast in own location
During our stay, sewer pipe infrastructure rehabilitations were carried out right in front of the hotel. Not property fault, but even with all windows closed, noise was quite disconforting

Great location (inside old town, a few minutes from the City Hall), spacious room and bathroom, very helpful and friendly staff, new interior...
Not a complaint - breakfast was not buffet-style, but you order what you want (you can order as much as you want)

Hotel is situated a few steps from center, room was just as I asked, on the quiet part, but the church bells were there, had a balcony, many sockets, large bathroom, good breakfast.

Spacious room, they thought of all the details, a small stool in the bathroom. They had a place in the shower for you to put things. The air conditioning was great.

Very spacious and beautifully furnished room, huge bathroom with a window. Great breakfast a la carte, many choices. Private underground parking near by. Perfect location.
I was surprised to learn that coffee and tea in the room were additionally charged. The reception staff was not always available, as they share their duties between the reception itself and the restaurant.
