Location is the best, in the old town and parking for a few cars. Pet friendly if you have a dog. Very helpful young man on the reception. We would stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town close to the main market, the castle, the walls and plenty of great restaurants. Our room was spacious and included a sitting area and mini fridge. Breakfast options were varied.
The shower in our room was on the small side, and the breakfast was somewhat pricey.

The breakfast was fine, a small selection of essentials to start off the day. A superb location, 5 minutes walk from the market square, the area felt safe despite not many poeple being about
When I opened the door to my room there were two steps immediately to the right down into the room which I nearly fell down, perhaps a warning notice on the outside ot the door might help.

Location
The mattress was really bad for my back
Sinking in, the room was to the front and very very noisy because of the street and windows not noise proof
Breakfast not included and very expensive
I checked out one night earlier and therefore lost money I checked out early because of Mattress
No elevator to my room. Very difficult to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs

When I booked, I used the special request option to give the heads up that I'd want to drop my bag before check-in. They replied quickly, and when I arrived, they greeted me warmly and acknowledged the request.
The staff including the Manager were really friendly.
The hotel was really clean, and I loved my room. A/C was a bonus.
Breakfast was YUM! I appreciated the extra steps taken to reduce waste. (They asked what time I'd be down so they can pace the amount they prepare.) The variety was somewhat limited compared to others, but the quality was superb. I had everything I would normally want!
This was my 3d stay in Nuremburg--and it was the best.
No one asked me if I wanted to pet their dog. Booo!
I wish my husband could have travelled with me. He would have loved it.

Excellent location in the very heart of the city.
Comfortable and cleaned rooms.
Parking in a short distance.
Good breakfast and excellent staff.
No lift but its an historical building: take it or leave it. No doubt, we took it :-))

Perfect position within the historical city center and the atmosphere of the hotel, matching it.
Bathroom equipment could be better. Basin and shower were relatively small, considering that most of the bath area was unused.

The location can't be beat. Just around the corner from picturesque Weissgerbergasse and 2 min. from St.Sebald. I was able to get a tower tour on July 13 followed by hearing the organist practice.
Although we were able to get a parking space, I wonder what would have happened if we arrived 4 cars later.
