We booked because of the location, really close to the Christmas Market, but everything about the stay was great. The staff were super helpful, and we even arranged for parking near the hotel, which we didn't expect.

The location was perfect- in a quiet part of the old town but easy to get to by car. The hotel has a small parking lot opposite the hotel (but only suitable if you are driving a small car). There is a public parking garage not far from the hotel. The breakfast was good- but little variety from day to day. Staff are very friendly and helpful There are some rooms that can't be accessed by elevator so if you have mobility issues be sure to confirm that you are not in one of them.

Great location, comfortable clean room. Love the vibe of the place. Close and convenient to everything in Old Town. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Space was a little tight, but manageable for a couple days. Bathroom was tight on size also, but had all you need and was clean.

Great location, easy parking, great size room with fridge, safe and closet space. Had early checkin for extra $ and kettle brought up promptly- great boutique hotel - will stay again if in area.

AC was nice. We couldn’t get it to work at first but they figured it out.
We were charged more than what was reserved and we were told we booked incorrectly. Our confirmation said otherwise. We were over charged by about $80-$90 USD.

Everything! It may be one of the oldest hotels in Europe, but it was truly lovely and modern. All of the hotel clerks were helpful and very kind! Breakfast had great variety. Appreciated the A/C in the rooms also.

I liked the quietness of the room and the hotel and the location. The room was large and very pleasant.
Breakfast was fine but not extraordinary.
That I had to pay for a coffee when I arrived early to drop my luggages. I had believed that it could have been offered....

The hotel is very cozy and nice. I know it is the toy fair week, but the price is too crazy for such a hotel category. Even in NY and Hong Kong I get better prices for magnificent hotels in trade show periods. Nuremberg in general at the trade show week has become insane in prices.
I have had better breakfast in small hotels in Germany, not worth the 18 euros for sure.
