Honestly, everything went well! From check-in to check-out we could not have enjoyed this hotel more. The Valet parking was nice to have, Ralf, one of the managers, was more than helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations and visited with us during the complimentary happy hour, sharing a bottle of local wine (at no charge!), and giving us some insider history of the hotel and the city. We all had personalized greeting message boards in our rooms and nightly turndown with "Sleep Sheep' gummies.
The Owner, Frau Hortinger, and her wonderful staff have a good thing going with this hotel!
Nothing - the entire stay and hotel experience was picture perfect!

Great location, lovely reception area and staff, and nice rooms. The proprietor, Ralf, was very welcoming, offering us a free glass of wine and recommendations of places to visit on our arrival. Breakfast was very good, and we loved that the hotel offered Moulton Brown bath products, making the stay feel extra luxurious. Would recommend to friends!

The staff was the most significant difference in this hotel. They aim to make the stay truly inviting and memorable. They even invite guests for wine/cocktails after checking in to chat about their visit to Nuremberg.
The streets were loud, but this is expected staying in the city center

The location was perfect, the room was fantastic, and the breakfast was so imaginative and fun. The staff were outstanding -- one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The interior design was beautiful. I will absolutely come back.

We really liked the comfort and attention to the details in the room and bathroom that made our stay very comfortable.
Super friendly and helpful reception.
Hmmm, being very picky here. Would be nice to have shower door or curtain to prevent water dripping on the bathroom floor.

I know Nurnberg very well and knew exactly where this hotel was. For a traveler who arrived by train, it is the perfect locale. Literally five minutes walk across the street from the Bahnhof. Its at the entry as I call it, to Nurnberg proper when on foot. Old town, central, Hauptmarkt which has the wonderfull Christmas Market and the Burg are all within a 15 minute or so stroll from the hotel. A word of warning for the older folk like me. A walk up the hill to the castle isn't for those of us with hip issues!! I'm afraid to admit, I struggled.
I would't hesitate staying here again. That said, not if I was in the same room. I was overlooked by the office block next door. So much so, that upon opening my blinds I had a woman waving at me! I kept them closed from then on. Apart from that, no problems.

Everything was perfect! From the greeting, parking our car for us. Help with the luggage. The room was quiet and dark with the curtains drawn. The air conditioning was perfect for the summer. Nice breakfast. Great shower. Super clean. And a good location for walking in the old town. Complimentary glass of wine while sitting outside at their bistro table was a bonus!

The location was amazing; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the happy hour wine/beer were terrific. Recommendations for restaurants were unbelievable.
Didn't like the fact that we had to leave this hotel.

Breakfast was outstanding. Marcus was extremely informative and helpful in showing us our room and guiding us to sights about the city. Kudos to Marcus.
Duvets are terrible everywhere we've been. Offer an option of sheet/blanket.
