The room was clean, great and had the amenities I would expect. The staff were fantastic. Very hospitable and kind. Always looking to help. The breakfast staff were no different. Extra kind, willing to help and wanted to take care of you.
Not to the hotels fault but one of the occupants tried to knock and come into my room one night at around 2am and was yelling. I think eventually they sorted out the correct room. But it woke me up.

Wonderful
Great location - literally a 5-minute walk from the train station and walking distance to the main tourist attractions. A lovely breakfast with many options and friendly staff. My bed was really comfy! I did not want a 'modern' hotel experience - I loved the old-style feel. I think this was great value. Thank you!

Very nice buffet breakfast. Great selection of breakfast items. And the staff were very nice. Hotel location is awesome- right on the main avenue with many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything.

I liked that are room was ready early and we could check in earlier as we requested. I also like that we had an excellent view of Nurnberg from our room.
Unfortunately the elevator was not working when we visited and we were staying on the 3rd floor. But this can happen in any hotel so at least it gave us some extra exercise. :-)

The staff at the hotel is wonderful and truly care about their customers. They are all friendly and want to assist you with every need you may have as a customer. They helped with bags and continually asked if they could be of assistance. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to be happy. I also liked having a private parking spot next to the hotel. That was huge!

The hotel is located in a charming historic building. There rooms were comfortable and a very good breakfast was offered. The location was very convenient to the Christmas markets and within easy walking distance to the train station.

This is a beautiful building within the Old Town, but a few minutes' walk from the train station. Most major sites are within a 10-minute walk as well. Our third-floor room was clean, comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well-appointed. Public areas are decorated with antiques and chandaliers. Renovations to the upper floors rooms are underway, so visitors can expect a fresh appearance. The breakfast was more substantial than typical continental fare, offering eggs, bacon, and sausage. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Bigger and more pillows, but otherwise I have no complaints about this lovely hotel.

The location was good, we can to go to the Christmas market and the location was great since the market was just a short walk.
When we arrived we learned the elevator was out and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. When we tried to lock our passports in the safe we found out it was not working. While we were trying to get the TV to work the girl from the front desk walked right into our room without even knocking. I guess she had walked into the wrong room. Additionally, we did not have good internet connection. This was a real problem when trying to stream TV in english. They knew the room we had didn't get good internet. As a result, they offered us to change rooms for a better connection. Once we changed rooms the remote to the TV did not work. The front desk attendant who was helping us with the TV told us to call if we needed anything. We tried to call to get help for the TV remote, my husband noticed that the phone was not even hooked up. It had no wire connected to it, as a result the phone did not work. Over all we spent most of our time trying to get things to work without any luck. It was pretty disappointing for the last stop on our trip.

The staff was so welcoming, helpful and kind. Always willing to answer all our questions with a smile! The breakfast was good, a nice variety and it was included in the price of the room.
The location is excellent, we walked everywhere, even back to the train station. The subway was just as close and incredibly clean! So easy to get around.
This wasn’t a problem at all but the hotel is in the midst of renovating some rooms and elevator. We were on the fourth floor but our bags were kindly carried up many stairs to our room. It’s a beautiful hotel non the less. 500 years old
