The hotel was central to most dining and site seeing options and parking garages. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout where easy with the kiosk. No staff were really interacted with except through messaging.
Nothing bad to say. Great property. Our room was on the 4th floor and there were no elevators so that may be a concern to some.

this hotel location is great- in the historical center. everything is closed. Amazing view on water and the bridge from the restaurant downstairs.
it doesn’t have elevator. we should have carry our suite cases on the 4th floor by stairs. Bathroom is so tiny that you can’t sit on toilet without touching shower door. and i am not big or tall person- just regular 165s and 60 kg

Location was very good and close to everything to visit. Good breakfast!
The noise from the restaurant downstairs and from the street. Since it was weekend they are open until late 12 am.. very loud at night

Room was clean and in good location.
Very small room with somr fixtures broken (sink stopper, safe and hair dryer). Pillows we almost as flat as the towels.
No staff on site. Bar tender gave us a key. We were supposed to checkout on line but program demanded payment even though we had already paid through booking.com.
We arrived around 9 pm after long day of travel. Thought restaurant on first floor would be perfect but the service was horrible. After waiting a long time we walked out and saw the entire wait and bar staff sitting at a table outside drinking and smoking.
I don't usually give bad reviews but this place was a disappointment.

Staff are so friendly. Restaurant was nice, had snacks in evening and a really good breakfast. Rooms are really nice, I loved the geese making lots of noise!
It should be more visible that there is no elevator in the building. The walk to floor 3 was much effort for my elderly mother.
