The room was very comfortable, and everything was great. They even changed our room because we were close to the entrance and our dog would be on alert, putting us in a more secluded part, which was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money. We were in for just a night on our drive across Germany and it was a great resting place.

Nothing. Absolutely all the negative comments and respect that you will find here are true. Photos on the booking are not real, but rather generated by filters.
For the first time in my entire life, I felt a racist attitude towards myself - we were not allowed near the breakfest area, which was exclusively for Germans
Parking near the hotel is unrealistic. No matter what they wrote to you in advance, and what they didn’t tell you at the reception - don’t believe them. Even if you reserve a space at the garage, you will not be able to park there after 20:00 and the money you paid for such “parking” will simply disappear.
I added earplugs (I really bought them) - but it didn’t help with the noise level. There is a stench everywhere and there is an unfathomable stench. And we still have correspondence with booking about double charge from card, I understand that it is part of their “corporate culture” to charge the payments 2-3 times, and then hope that people can’t get enough of the patience to try to get your money back.
And I also think that the behavior of this hotel not only undermines the foundation of the hotel business - hospitality, but also degrades the image of Germany in general.

The room was high quality and offered more than enough room for a family of five. The location was close to the st Nicholas basilica and so easy to walk to all attractions. The heated floors also an added comfort.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room are well maintained and clean too.
The hotel is further form the city center as expected.
The staff was really nice and helpful and speaking a perfect English.
The breakfast offers a wide range of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, dairy and cereals.
I would certainly come back if I'm around the area.
Only thing a bit off compared to the rest is that there wasn't anything to hold the shower head so you have to hold the shower head yourself while bathing. Maybe something that the hotel can easily add for a better confort.

Excellent hotel! Lovely staff! The suite was modern, decent size, comfortable beds and pillows! We were welcomed with free jellies for my son, a bottle of water, coffe , milk , free toiletries! Free car parking!

Very comfy, calm, free parking spots around. Very nice breakfast, staff extremely friendly and helpful. As a one night stop on my way to Vienna, very conveniently located to highway exits/entries for a good night of rest. I will return there on my next trip, really liked it.
