Breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient to the train station. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed and I felt comfortable during my stay.
Since it was during an exhibition, the cost of lodging was a bit high.

Very clean and nice place to stay, just behind the main streets and hustle. Excellent breakfast, and very polite team at the hotel. We will definitely come back again next year!

Everything was great including the breakfast and parking (very safe, in the yard of the hotel and free of charge). The location is perfect, in the centre.
Only one thing which I would improve - to add the 2nd pillow. But that's the minor issue.

Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was good too. One front office staff was a gentleman who really helped me with my requests related to comforts (extra quilt was provided). He spoke good English too. Nice location in old town in a quiet area with many nice traditional restaurants and access to Metro and closer to main Railway station.
Room had issues with water leakage which hotel staff couldnt fix during my stay. Front office staff was not friendly and English language fluency was missing. Single room is too small. I would'nt go for Single room. Room rate also was high may be due to Advent season.

If you have an EV charger and parking spot, then reserve it for EVs (or at least give an option that this is done in advance). If an ICE vehicle is parked there when a EV customer arrived, then it’s as good as nothing, and just false marketing.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Nuremberg (under €140/night) for the Christmas Market. We originally stayed in an Airbnb outside the center, but it was so noisy that we had to leave — and we ended up at this hotel last minute. Honestly, I’m very glad we did.
I travel a lot and I don’t say this lightly: it’s really hard to find a place that is both quiet and has a comfortable bed — and for me, that’s the most important thing. If you sleep badly during a trip, it ruins the whole experience. Here, the room was peaceful and the bed was genuinely comfortable, so we slept very well.
The hotel is located in a calm, somewhat “closed” area behind parking lots/buildings, so it doesn’t feel exposed to traffic noise. It’s not directly connected to a main street — if you’re in the back area you mainly just park your car and it stays quiet.
The bathroom was very clean and spacious.
Another minor issue: the bathroom ventilation didn’t work during our stay — hopefully they fix this soon.
Staff experience was mixed: the young woman who checked us in was very sweet and helpful, and the guy at the desk in the evening was also friendly. However, the woman at reception when we checked out around 6 AM was extremely rude and raised her voice saying she “doesn’t speak English.” I understand not everyone is fluent, but working at a hotel for tourists and reacting like that is not okay. She still understood my room number in English, so it felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Overall, I loved the quietness and comfort, and for the price it was excellent. I would stay here again.
One small downside: there was a slightly strange smell in the hallway where our room was (I think that section was connected to the kitchen area), but it did not smell inside the room, so it wasn’t a big issue.

I am utterly grateful that they had a room available when my original host cancelled on me upon arrival. The location is great, the area is fairly quiet, except when the local neighbours decided to have a party. The room is spacious compared to the usual single rooms.
I think it is a bit overpriced but that is probably due to the location and the high season (advent).
