Great location for the Christmas market and city center activities. Easy walk to the main train station. Modern room with simple amenities. Make sure you book a meal at the nearby Zum Gulden Stern.
Typical hard European mattress. Unfortunately, the interior parking lot became an echo chamber for party people at night, and we woke up to someone drunkenly vomiting in the wee hours.

If you have an EV charger and parking spot, then reserve it for EVs (or at least give an option that this is done in advance). If an ICE vehicle is parked there when a EV customer arrived, then it’s as good as nothing, and just false marketing.

The decor and ambiance felt like I was in a motel in Kansas, not a beautiful old building in a beautiful old town of an incredible city.

A great quiet hotel that is just a short walk from the city! The room was clean, and they give you a free water which is a nice touch! The apps on the TV actually work! I would gladly stay again.

Great location for the Christmas events. Everyone at the hotel and the surrounding area was very helpful and welcoming. Parking was a bit tight but with patience and arriving at a decent time we found a spot.

Great breakfast served early to get the day going. Location in old town but a bit off the beaten path which keeps things quiet. Short walk to the U1.
Room was a bit small for 3 adults. With a longer stay this would have been an issue.

Center of town easy to see everything
I had a small family, 2&4 year old. They gave me a room with no elevator going up stairs that were probably 200 years old. With luggage and a stroller. The parking nearby was full so we had to park a 5 min walk away. The doors didn’t close all the way and the front door had no extra lock. Just the auto lock.

staff are very friendly and rooms are clean.
Need to provide more parking lots or options for guests with cheaper options than 15 Euro per day. Also one pillow is not enough especially the pillow is super soft.
