It's clean. Good value for money. Stayed here a few days during pentecost weekend. Was able to sleep during the night. It's at the end of red light district - but I walked from the main road to Ottostrasse, it's safe. Perfect for solo / pair travellers budget city trip. Staff was very friendly, approachable and accommodating.
It would be beneficial if staff can speak English.

Horrible dirty lodging with incompetent staff. In the description it is indicated to inform about check-in after 10, in reality there is no normal communication... If you want to pay money and stay overnight on the street - this is a great option. Of course they refused to return the money, but nerves are more important, so I had to go to another hotel.

Nice host, cute room, location quite close to the metro station, pretty quiet with windows facing the inner yard
The blanket is a little small for 2 people and the shower might be a bit tight if you're curvy (I was on the first floor)

honestly nothing much that i like. the only thing i like is that the staff was very responsive. i requested for early check in and the staffs were kind enough to send me the passwords to the key. when i requested for the hair dryer, the staffs were also quick in passing it to me.
there was a strong smoke smell both in the toilet and in the room. the pillows were also airy oh my god how do such pillows even exist in the first place. the toilet seemed kinda dirty. booked this for one night at about 130 euros but only realised one day before my stay that the price dropped to 80 euros???

The fact that it had good heating. The receptionist was very kind, he offered me a bottle of water, earlier check in and answered gladly all my questions about transportation. The location is inside the old city, easy to walk around.
The room was very small. The shared bathroom. Breakfast would have been nice to be included in the price.
