Pleasant
Quite close to Altstadt and pretty nice architectural surrounding, however a bit rough area with lots of bars which was noisy on a Saturday night. All in all it was a cheap stay with a spacious and clean room.
The garage is quite small and we did not get a parking space which is understandable when you arrive quite late in the afternoon. However, the personnel was not very helpful in helping us find another solution.
Slow check-in with not enough capacity to serve all the clients.

Location in old town. Close to shoppig and sightseeing area. Parking below hotel.
The neighbourhood is not nice in the night. A lot pf noise, red light district, strip bars etc. Could be noisy too. Parking is expensive, there is a public parking around.

Excellent facilities. Clean and relatively spacious room. Good location - short walking distance to metro and to the city center.
Breakfast selection was good but not really worth the price.

The location was in the old town. The family suit was very big and quite. There was a minikitchen, air conditioner, warm floor in the bathroom and everything else one needs.
They claim they have a parking. But both nights I spent in the hotel, it was fully occupied. There is a public parking nearby but that was full on the first day too. It created unnecessary stress. I think they should be able to reserve the space or don't claim that they have it.

Holiday Inn has got it down to a science ;-) Prices were like a budget hotel, but the property itself is great! It is right in the center of the city within walking distance of everything. Restaurants, shops, etc. The room was small but not uncomfortably so - at first, it felt very warm, but the air conditioning kicked in and the temperature was very comfortable while we slept. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and accommodating. Big plus for a mini gym and an ice machine!
-The swinging shower door, while convenient, let water leak onto the floor.
-One of two elevators were out of service, which meant a long wait for it to arrive. For us, taking the stairs was fine, but we found them to be quite inconveniently located.

Several issues during our stay. The check-in experience was very poor — the staff were unhelpful and repeatedly denied the information clearly stated in our Booking.com reservation. They even attempted to charge us twice for breakfast. Their attitude was more focused on charging first and only reviewing the details after we insisted.
When we pointed out the mistakes, they would eventually acknowledge them, but never offered an apology. Unfortunately, both at check-in and check-out, we witnessed the same lack of empathy, especially when multiple guests were being attended at the same time.
In the room, we were given only one towel despite being two guests. They said another would be sent up, but it never arrived. While the breakfast itself was decent, the service from the staff was again disappointing.
Overall, it was a very poor experience — definitely not a hotel we would recommend.

Fantastic location with a close 15-minute walk to the centre for the stunning castle and museums. Rooms were comfortable spacious and quiet.
Some refurb works ongoing and only one lift servicing the 5 upper floor and basement carpark.

The location and the room is nice.
I had bad experience with one of the reception lady. I asked her about the bedroom that I paid from booking.com and what I got is not the same. I supposed to get the bigger room (superior room, for 3 beds). But the hotel gave me the standard room with double bed and charged me the extra bad for 10 euro/night.
I asked her about the problem and from the beginning she was answering me in an arrogant and not nice character. She did not want to check it. She said what I paid is what I get. We had an argument about that, but seems like she doesn't care.
And next to her, standing very nice man (his name: Rishob Sen). I asked him for help. He was helping me to check the problem. After he checked it, he said There is a mistake on the system. The system on the booking.com and what the hotel got is not the same. He admitted the mistake and he gave me a drink voucher for compensations. And he removed the charge for extra bed.

The room was very big and clean and our children loved the bunk bed. The hotel is very near to the main attractions and monuments, breakfast is very good
