Fantastic location with a close 15-minute walk to the centre for the stunning castle and museums. Rooms were comfortable spacious and quiet.
Some refurb works ongoing and only one lift servicing the 5 upper floor and basement carpark.

Our superior twin room was very big and comfortable. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful: hen we asked for an extra bed for our daughter the bed arrived within minutes.

The location and the room is nice.
I had bad experience with one of the reception lady. I asked her about the bedroom that I paid from booking.com and what I got is not the same. I supposed to get the bigger room (superior room, for 3 beds). But the hotel gave me the standard room with double bed and charged me the extra bad for 10 euro/night.
I asked her about the problem and from the beginning she was answering me in an arrogant and not nice character. She did not want to check it. She said what I paid is what I get. We had an argument about that, but seems like she doesn't care.
And next to her, standing very nice man (his name: Rishob Sen). I asked him for help. He was helping me to check the problem. After he checked it, he said There is a mistake on the system. The system on the booking.com and what the hotel got is not the same. He admitted the mistake and he gave me a drink voucher for compensations. And he removed the charge for extra bed.

Very nice, modern hotel with clean rooms, air conditioning (important in summer!), friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Parking is right next door. Located just inside the city wall on the south side within walking distance of most sites (walking time to north side = c. 20 min.). Red light district is down the block and around the corner, but is as safe and fascinating as any other Nuremberg sight.
Air conditioning could only be set so low. In the sweltering summer, it would have been nice to be able to make it even cooler at night.

Conveniently located within walking distance of all of Nürnberg’s Historic landmarks. Rooms were a pleasant retreat during warm parts of the day with the nice showers and fantastic A/C. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Staff was kind, respectful, and helpful. Wish we would have stayed in Nürnberg longer! So much to see and the hotel staff has been the kindest over other places in the area thus far.

The breakfast was okay
Family for 2 adults and 2 children: we booked the suite advised and contacted prior to arrival to make sure we have the kids beds set, upon arrival we had 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2nd kid was supposed to sleep with us even though if you read the Q&A they repeatedly state that they provide bunk beds for all kids!
Comfort: we only had 3 blankets and 3 towels even though we were 4 in the original booking, they refused a 4th blanket for the 4th person because we didn’t ask before 6pm (??) and made a fuss when they eventually provided one
Wifi: Don’t even bother with it, very bad service
Staff: very rude, never acknowledge us, never answered to hello-good morning
Location: near the red light district (found out after we went) not safe to go out with kids at night
Pillows: need to be replaced asap

We booked 2 rooms for 6 persons but only got 2 rooms with 2 beds each. They said we could fit in there or otherwise we had to pay extra, which wasn´t mentioned before. The receptionist was grumpy and said she needed time to complete the reservation, although it was booked online more than 3 hours before arrival. She said the hotel was situated in an unsafe neighbourhood and it was very risky to leave the car outside. A strange way to welcome new guests. The beds and cushions were so hard we woke up with backpain. The breakfast was plain and below average.

Spacious rooms with good air conditioning.
Uncomfortable pillows (we even asked for firmer ones and still have neck pain). Also, there was a constant stench in the bathroom.
