A very nice hotel right in the middle of the city, very close to some nice walking areas and attractions. The room was very large and comfortable with a cool feature that moved the TV around so you could see it from anywhere. The breakfast was also pretty good with lots of variety and the on site restaurant was very good.
Not much to complain about here, the in room Wifi was a little weak, but not a deal breaker and the location while in the center of the city and near lots of attractions it also happens to be dead smack in the middle of what appeared to be the red light district.

The hotel is located near an area that feels very unsafe. Groups of strange people were hanging around, and we felt worried something might happen to us or to our car. The staff at the reception were unfriendly and unhelpful — they seemed irritated whenever we asked a question, showed no smile, and gave the impression that they dislike their job. The surroundings of the hotel do not feel safe at all. Caution: Very narrow garage entrance – risk of car damage. Big minus.

There's a bathtub, the soundproofing is quite good, and if you keep your window shut, you can't hear a thing from outside ?
If you stay more than one day, the cleaning company may not clean your bathroom or change your towels, and on the day of your checkout date, they might knock on your door at around 8 am, meanwhile the checkout time is 12 pm, isn't it nice ??
And, the hotel itself is in the red light district, mind where are you going, since some of the ladies work in the early morning as well ?

Holiday Inn has got it down to a science ;-) Prices were like a budget hotel, but the property itself is great! It is right in the center of the city within walking distance of everything. Restaurants, shops, etc. The room was small but not uncomfortably so - at first, it felt very warm, but the air conditioning kicked in and the temperature was very comfortable while we slept. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and accommodating. Big plus for a mini gym and an ice machine!
-The swinging shower door, while convenient, let water leak onto the floor.
-One of two elevators were out of service, which meant a long wait for it to arrive. For us, taking the stairs was fine, but we found them to be quite inconveniently located.

Our superior twin room was very big and comfortable. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful: hen we asked for an extra bed for our daughter the bed arrived within minutes.

Very nice, modern hotel with clean rooms, air conditioning (important in summer!), friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Parking is right next door. Located just inside the city wall on the south side within walking distance of most sites (walking time to north side = c. 20 min.). Red light district is down the block and around the corner, but is as safe and fascinating as any other Nuremberg sight.
Air conditioning could only be set so low. In the sweltering summer, it would have been nice to be able to make it even cooler at night.

Conveniently located within walking distance of all of Nürnberg’s Historic landmarks. Rooms were a pleasant retreat during warm parts of the day with the nice showers and fantastic A/C. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Staff was kind, respectful, and helpful. Wish we would have stayed in Nürnberg longer! So much to see and the hotel staff has been the kindest over other places in the area thus far.
