Pleasant
The proximity to the Arena was great! The breakfast was decent and the staff we encountered were friendly. It was easy to check in and checkout
The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. Having the light switch low on the bed frame(at least in the room we had) was annoying because the pillow kept turning the light on during the night. Having a water kettle in the room would have been nice.

Disappointing
The art and style of the room were unique and fun.
The beds were very hard and some of the side tables were broken. The shower head was unable to be mounted because the holder was broken.

Clean, good breakfast and easy to reach by bus from the railway station.
The lift system! My brother and wife‘s room was on the second floor, ours on the first! So if they weren’t in the lift with us, we were unable to visit them!!

Breakfast on day one was great! White sausages, and liverwurst for the bread rolls. Location was good and parking was easy.
The bin in the bathroom of my room was not emptied and there was garbage left in there from the previous guests. Also, after day one there were no more white sausages, and liverwurst for the bread rolls which was disappointing. Also, I found the beds to be hard, pillows were OK, and I am happy that I brought my own. Also, the elevator was very bouncy and a bit scary to ride. Gym usage costs extra.

Exceptional
Very big room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Good German breakfast. 15 min drive to old town. Had a pleasant stay :)

The hotel is super easy to reach. From state border to the hotel it's literally 4 turns, it's that easy. Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good. We could park our car for no extra charge and city center can be reached by bus that stops in front of the hotel. ZOO can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by car in 7. Value for money ratio is exceptional (if you don't travel in summer :)).
The view wasn't nice but that is to be expected provided the hotel location. What bothered me was the ventilation system (not in the room but somewhere farther in pipes) which was quite loud and still running. During night it felt like 2 times louder. If you're a heavy sleeper you probably won't mind, but my sleep was quite disturbed by that. Also, our key stopped working. Staff solved the issue promptly but I needed to prove my identity again. While I understand the need I don't know what I would have done if I I hadn't had the documents with me (like on breakfast).

Location and room sizes
Facility appears to attract seminars and sports groups mostly. This gave the hotel a busy and worn look. Lots of activity in and out. This would be ok for a one night or maybe two night stay. It was average, nothing special. Having said that, the price was very fair value

The room was very spacious and clean especially with having a dog. Very quiet and comfortable bed.Breakfast was very good . Location ideal for dog walking with wood's across the road.

Plenty of free parking, hot shower and bath, friendly staff, and some good local restaurants bot too far away.
Bizarre decor in the room and especially in the bathroom that was dark and quite unsettling, broken plug system hanging from the ceiling (meant to be modern in design, but useless in reality), really low grade breakfast buffet.

Love the swinging chair in our room! Breakfast was amazing! Lots of good parking!
There was some noisy event going on next door at a gym and it was loud.

The hotel, although a bit outside Nuremberg city, it’s still very convenient to visit the city. Both, bedroom and bathroom, very spacious, in addition they do offer free parking. Overall was ok, just a but outdated. The breakfast too was ok.

The rooms where a good size
We had an incident where personel entered our kids room early in the morning without permission. The manager has addressed it and they where remorseful, but it was quite upsetting.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff is pleasant and helpful. Very easy to get to, quite cosy for a hotel, too. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast. Bus stop is right on a street and it's just 15 minutes to the city center. There's a free parking lot in front of the hotel with plenty of space.

The room was missing some amenities that were listed on the booking.com website. When the shower water turned on, the bathroom began to smell like sulfur. Thankfully, we only stayed one night.

Location of the property was very convenient to visit ECS
No Value for money spent. Spending EUR 1300 for 3 nights and for that also i have to remind and call at reception for room service
