Close to the station and the town. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Comfortable beds.
Dogs in the property. Could hear barking from our room. Dogs barking at each other in reception while we were having breakfast. How do we know the room is clear of dog hair or thoroughly cleaned on departure. Do you check that dogs have not been on beds or sofas?
Why is there a need to request cleaning? I believe that this is to save money and nothing to do with the environment as claimed. It puts guests under pressure, particularly when it was very difficult to hang up wet towels in a limited space.
Very noisy traffic.

We had to wait a while at reception to check in as there was no one at the front desk. My shower had black mould around the tray.
