Location and fair price .facilities were clean but a little dated.
The breakfast area was overcrowded in particular the buffet area was not big enough to cater efficiently.
Also the food quality was below average in comparison to the Hampton by Hilton at Regensburg.

I liked the location, very convenient, you can easily go to the old city just by walking, also to the main train station and all U lines. Even if we checked in at 11 pm, we were friendly welcomed.
The waffle maker at the breakfast place is a hit for kids.
I appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the reception after checking out.
I did not like that the bins weren't emptied daily and only upon request.
The breakfast is the same everyday, it would be great if any other day there were other options, more vegetables, anything other than scrambled eggs :)

The location is convenient, and there was no noise in the room despite the close proximity to the railway station.
There was no juice at breakfast, and for some time there wasn’t even any water. The staff were not in a hurry to help. The sofa bed for the child was extremely uncomfortable.

Look location and breakfast. The check-out staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking lot behind the hotel is insufficient because it’s a connecting area for several hotels. The barrier opens for free parking for all vehicles. I was a guest entitled to free parking but was unable to park there. I had to park at a neighboring hotel and paid quite expensive parking. The hotel should take responsibility because its website stated that free parking was available.

I definitely come back to stay here again. Hotel staff were super nice and professional.
The room is comfortable, modern design, and well equipped.
Location is really perfect, very close to train station and easy to walk to the city for shopping.
Breakfast corner is a bit small and crowed.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean and fresh, with a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — just a short walk from many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The location was very good for what we were doing; walking distance to the main train station.
The breakfast buffet area was very poorly designed; it is a “U” with an island in the middle and things are very tight in the corners. One cannot get a glass for juice if someone is standing at the coffee machine. It was very hard to get what you wanted

The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient we could walk to everything.
The rooms got hot so we opened our windows and since it was during a busy season it was very loud outside. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable especially with little ones.

The staff - the half Greek receptionist was lovely and super helpful.
The 3rd bed (sofa bed) was one of the worst beds that I already slept. The staff even tried to bring more pillows top to make it less worst, but I am still feeling my back.

Staff was excellent. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, but the manager allowed us to park in a different spot until something opened up the next day. Also, the staff was very accommodating, offering complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast was excellent. My son especially enjoyed the blueberry pancakes!
Unfortunately, the air-conditioning wasn't working during our stay. However, it was very nice of one of the staff members to offer us free parking as compensation.
