Brilliant location within the old town and a two minute walk from the station.
On arrival the reception was unattended. After standing round for 15 minutes waiting for assistance, I checked my emails and found they had left the key for the room in the safe downstairs. A slight inconvenience but could’ve been a lot worse had I not checked my emails. make sure you check yours on arrival

The location was excellent handy to train station. The reception staff were pleasant.
There was no hot water so we couldn't have a shower. The technician had been called but hadn't arrived by the time we left.

Great location in the center of the city. Very nice staff at the reception with the city maps available. The room was quite spacious and we could have left our luggage at the reception.
When we arrived, the reception was not staffed: probably due to unforeseen circumstances as just 1h before, reception messaged us confirming that it is open. On the other hand, there was a clear message indicating when reception would reopen.
The bathroom was also quite small, but manageable. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged, so a care had to be taken during shower to avoid excess water spilling out.

Good location, cleanliness is in general good
Breakfast buffet was poor, the room is too small and has a strong odor, I had to open the window regularly, the blanket had a stain and I left it exposed for room service, unfortunately they just didn’t change the blanket. I hadn’t call the receptionist, because it was late and no one was there

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great AC and a central location for a relatively low price.
Room was quite small and restricted by the low height of the roof. The bed was fine.
