Very centrally located and close to the main tourist attractions and train station. Struggled to find the entrance, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. We got a corner unit and had a view of the main market area. Breakfast was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting the Christmas markets and exploring the city. The breakfast was really good and the had a lot to choose from.
The room was very small and tight. We booked a room with a single queen bed but we instead got two single beds that were just pushed together. The mattresses were also not very comfortable - you could feel the springs. Unfortunately, our room was right above the smoking area so every time we opened the window, the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke will was not very nice.

It was comfortable and quiet.
We were glad we made it there before the front desk closed... so while it was lucky for us, had the train been even later we would not have made it to check in.

The location was amazing, the room was great and comfortable.
There is no staff in the evening and at night, it would be nice to have coffee or tea in our room.

Very good breakfast, super clean and appears recently refreshed.Location is great, short walk from main train station and right in the middle by pedestrian zone surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Great value for a clean, safe night stay. It had A/C, which some might appreciate.
Nothing really bad at all. Rooms are on smaller side but that is to be expected for such a location and typical for in town European hotels. For us, it was a one night stay and never about hanging out in the room. I appreciated the small balcony and door for fresh air option.

Room is super-clean, facility looks brand-new. We arrived early but the room was ready. Breakfast has plenty variety of food, guests may choose to seat indoor or outdoor to enjoy their breakfast.
Reception is upstairs. But signs downstairs and in the left are easy to follow to find the reception. Nothing to complain.
