The location is convenient and within walking distance of the main train station. The exterior of the building has a traditional and charming appearance.
I arrived at the property around 13:00, fully aware that check-in was at 15:00. I had contacted the property in advance to ask whether early check-in might be possible or, at minimum, whether I could leave my luggage. When I arrived, there was no staff present. Around 14:00, two individuals arrived, and when I politely asked about leaving my luggage, I was told in a dismissive manner that the property only opens at 15:00. No explanation, assistance, or alternative solution was offered. I was not requesting early access to the room, only basic luggage storage. The lack of communication and hospitality made the experience uncomfortable and left me feeling unwelcome, which ultimately led me to find alternative accommodation.

The location is great. In spite of being in the midst of a lot of activity, my room was very quiet. And I want to give a shout out to Batia (not sure if that’s her name) who was very kind and found me an adapter so I could charge my phone the first day as my baggage was lost for a day. She and another staff person were helpful in terms of letting me store my bag in the office for a few hours after checkout time.
I didn’t realize that there was no front desk or support staff on premises. The room was very warm and there was a note saying not to open the window so I had to have the air conditioning on all the time. Instead of a pillow, there was some kind of soft blanket that you could shape as you wanted, but it wasn’t very comfortable.

Inside the old city walls Nuremberg is small, so although the location is not in the center, it doesn't take long to walk to the center or castle or just get a tram. It is literally just a couple of minutes walk from the Bahnhof, good if you have lots of luggage and arrive by train. The accommodation is above a pub, what's not to like !
It is very basic but does the job well enough if all you want is a place to lay your head overnight. Would have loved a kettle and cup to make a coffee in the morning.

Not much except the second floor restaurant which was decked out with garland and lights (it was Christmas time) and had a nice waitress.
No breakfast but was told that up front. On a pedestrian only street - parked 5 blocks away and dragged suitcases to hotel. No elevator. Three flights of stairs w/bad knees was not great. Room was small, worse than a lousy motel on the highway in rural America. Two beds/desk/closet/bath. This was rated 4 stars! HOW?! We checked in at the bar downstairs - the gal who checked us in could have cared less. I was really disappointed. NOT what we expected. Spartan/bare bones/no water glasses or anything extra.

This hotel has an excellent location steps from the train station.
While it's a hotel and a restaurant it seems that more attention could be given to hotel operations. The desk is not staffed for check-in until 2:00 pm so leaving your bags are a risk. In the morning check out is on your own so you just leave you key at the desk. The hotel doesn't have a lift so be prepared to carry bags down the stairs ( during check in they will assist if needed)

Location - really in the center with a very short walking distance from the main turistic places. Clean.
Very expansive for what it offers. Reception - ID/passport was not asked/requested. I was not informed how to check out (and the recepetion was closed in the next day morning). There is no elevator, only stairs. There is no breakfast availabe - sure I knew when I booked but is advantajous when it has. Very small room with single bed. Shower not working properly.

Location. Staff was very helpful. We had a timing issue and the cleaning staff stepped up and were very helpful.
The pillows were awkward/strange and didn’t work as pillows. Should be replaced with standard pillows.

The hotel did not offer breakfast which we knew when we booked. Location was excellent in relation to the main train station, restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and suited our needs.
The hotel and its guests seem to be an afterthought — the real focus here is clearly the restaurant. According to the website, baggage storage is available; however, when we arrived, both the restaurant and hotel were closed, and we couldn’t access the facility until later in the day. There was no signage indicating this. A quick stop into the hotel next door (where their front desk was open and helpful) revealed that no one would be available at our hotel until 3:00 p.m. We were able to store our bags in lockers at the main train station, but were frustrated by the (albeit short) walk back to the station to find them. When we returned to check in — at the restaurant podium/bar window — we were greeted by a young woman who seemed visibly annoyed by our arrival as she was busy pouring beers. There was no friendly greeting, no “thank you for staying with us” — just brisk, businesslike efficiency. And yes, I understand this is Germany, but we did not encounter this same level of indifference anywhere else during our two weeks in the country. Check-in was quick: our reservation was confirmed, our card swiped, key handed over, and we were simply pointed toward the stairs. We were also informed that no staff would be on-site after 11:00 p.m. or in the morning, and that we should leave our key in the top drawer of a hutch in the entryway upon departure. Anyone could have accessed that key and entered our room after our departure — the lack of a secure place to return the key is a serious concern, as any damage could have occurred and we might have been held responsible. To be fair, the room was inexpensive, clean, and the bed was comfortable. But the overall sense of indifference and disregard for guest satisfaction and security left us with a very poor impression.

The location was nice. The rooms were small but ok for 1 person. Very clean.
The staff was not very accommodating. I attempted to eat at the restaurant attached twice. Once I got turned away, second time I made a reservation and was told I have to share a table with another family.

If travelling by train, it's a perfect location. It's clearly visible after exiting the underground walkway from DB Bahnhof.
The comments are correct about NOT being a hotel vibe. It feels rather like a carelessly run AirB&B since we were charged a cleaning fee at time of booking and asked to pay in cash. Very noisy at night.
