Location and breakfast was good.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Rooms were very small (even by European standards). Entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, and difficult to
Use to get to reception and room. No staff bailable to help after 7pm. Elevator is tiny. Rooms have paper thin walls, you can hear everything else going on in other rooms and hallway.

Nice staff. Wonderful breakfast and those who served us coffee and put the breakfast together were very attentive and friendly. Very close to the Christmas markets and just a street over from shopping district. Quiet and clean. Nice hot water.
Tv and free WiFi was convenient. We had 3 adults in the room and 3 twin beds all adequate for just sleeping but no sitting space so would be challenging for a longer stay. I would stay again and appreciate the hospitality.
No real door on the bathroom so it lacked privacy for 3 adults. It was a sliding door that fit outside the frame so it had openings. No wash cloths but I believe that's common as all our hotels did not offer wash cloths.

Great location
Wifi was not working at the room, the room owner blame me for that and said its work for all the hotel maybe its a problem with my equipment which was false - due to fact its worked on prv Lan in the lobby. I asked for refund / to leave the apt but they told me they will charge me 90% of the booking. Which was extremely then normal price

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great too.
Didn't like that we didn't not get washcloths in the bathroom.
And the responsibility of locking of the outer door late at night, to the hotel was a little uneasy.

The location is fabulous, the hotel has everything you need apart from coffee machine in the room which for me personally, if provided, transforms the whole experience. Heating works really well. Shower has perfect pressure.
The beds are very hard, pillows as well, I was up most of the nights. Receptionist was very dry but the waitress at breakfast made up for it ?
Internet doesn’t work properly. Breakfast was very scars, no fish, no choice for vegetarians. Torn and dirty curtains.

Clean, tidy, comfy, excellent walking location to the old town historic sites, yet totally quiet and peaceful. Huge satisfying breakfast buffet included.
