Ring an old lady , I like a card to gain entry checking in with iPhone makes me nervous ,after checking in on mine, I would have liked to find 2 entry cards at the place

The location is really perfect, shopping possibilities nearby, great restaurants a stone throw away , very hassle-free check -in and -out. And impeccable cleanliness of the apartment.
The matrace and pillow were not great, especially the pillows should be replaced in my opinion. Also the sound insulation is not great and the sound from the corridor and other rooms gets through.

Location and hotel room are great.
It was a little hard to find. I did not like using my phone as the keycard. The program glitzed at one point and I could not get in. I never saw a staff person our entire stay

Location was very central to everything we wanted to do, including easy access to supermarket across road. 3 bedrooms though one of these also contained the lounge and dining. Full kitchen so we could prepare some meals. Lift access.
Lack of kitchen utensils and staples like oil, salt, etc. These make use of kitchen when travelling so much easier. Lots of cupboards in accom are locked so limit storage in unit. Largest bed is in main loungeroom, which is also only TV and dining area, so either that person can't sleep, or people can't socialise.
Digital key is okay when phone access, but had some connection issues. No access to reception unless you had access to phone.

A little raised floor in the bathroom that I hit with my toe three times in two days. That’s a rude awakening at 3AM.

How to get in. The QR code wasn’t working on my phone and we were frustrated trying to get it to work when the keys were waiting for us at the restaurant.

Loved that there were plenty of features like a nespresso, washer, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Lots of outlet plugs also which makes it super convenient.
Felt like the beds were pretty hard. Would prefer a bed topper

The walls were dirty, there was a terrible terrible smell in the hall and in the stairs.
Not worth the price we payed at all.

Perfect location. Spaicous bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette. Very helpful staff and good communication before the check-in.
No table to serve the food when prepared in the apartment. No even a second chair:-)) Too small space around the beds. Noise from the restaurant in the ground floor of the same building.

Great Location, breakfast was good, Check-in and check-out was easy using the phone and the room was clean.
Room is a little too small for 2 people getting ready at the same time and the floors are squeaky.

very clean, spacious and location was great...easy self checkin and great value for family of 5. reviews talked about noise but were there friday and saturday night no issues with sound/noise. everything clean and great stay.
