Clean, large rooms. Close to U bahn and S bahn. More options for eating in local area than expected.

It is clean and function.
Living room/kitchen area is quite small causing limited space for the sofa bed.
When we arrive, the heater did not work but got resolve quickly.
The surrounding are isnt great. There is tram within ~5 minutes walking distance, tram take around 5 mins to central station, so for me it isnt great for the price. There is almost no or limited food options around (though there is supermarket nearby).

This place is fantastic. It sits on a fairly quiet residential street, near public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and a block from a laundromat. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Except for the inevitable drunk wandering the streets sharing his revelry, it is quiet and peaceful. The drunk just adds color to the experience! It is a short walk to the tram and a quick ride to all the sights in Nuremberg. The well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a quiet meal away from the hustle and bustle. A wonderful facility. In the three weeks of travel, this was the number one place to stay!
We didn't have the time to stay longer!

The facility is easily accessible by public transport. Moreso, it is a few minutes by tram from the main train station. For those who like walking, the walking distance is less than 30 minutes.
The staff was great, kind, and understanding.
The baby cot was comfy and our baby slept very well.
Well, I understand Nuremberg is an expensive city, so I can't blame the facility for the high price per night.
