Location close to show ground
Being evacuated for a bomb with no information or how or when you could come back to the hotel. £400 a night doesn’t include a breakfast, this is a £80 a night at best, never a 4 star hotel. They really do charge for location to an exhibition as the hotel is very outdated, All the staff are lovely, they are the best thing about the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Lounge is nice but room feels old, it has some style but the bed/ walls are old and showing signs of it.
Restaurant say they have 24h dishes but when you call, the restaurant is closed (maybe might be a sunday thing bit it is not mentioned.
Shower temperature not stable keep changing temperature either cold or too warm. Thats one me being i booked a twin bed by mistake but omg those bed are not comfy
