Clean room, had nice fresh smell (unlike some other hotels). One receptionist couldnt speak english, but we managed to get information right and there was no problem. Other receptionist was fluent in english and also kindly helped with booking taxi to airport. If you are planning to go to airport from this hotel book taxi in advance or ask recepsionit as I was unable to get Uber. In general I was absolutely satified with hotel and its staff.
Hotel doesnt offer lunch or dinner for not hotel guests. Although staff offered to ask kitchen if they would prepare something, we didnt want to bother staff and just found another place to eat. This is not a necessity, and not a huge minus, just keep in mind if you plan to have a meal with friends that are not staying in same hotel.

It was indeed a good, clean hotel with the necessary facilities. There was a bottle of water in the room and also a small fridge, hairdryer. The area of the hotel is quiet with beautiful nature and trees. The breakfast was excellent; it was like a caf, and the waiters served coffee and milk.
The hotel is quite a long distance from the city center if you are not traveling by car. I changed 2 means of transportation to get there, and it took quite a long time. It gave the impression that the hotel is located in a deserted place. The hotel is ideal if you are traveling by car.

I left my etui with cosmetics. They sent me a message. After that I asked a courier to collect it and the etui was already prepared in a packege. I got it back in some days. Really nice! Thank you for this.

staff behavior was good
- bed was really dirty, so I preferred sleeping on the ground instead of the bed
- Transportation system to the hotel was really poor. You have the only chance to get there with bus 37. for me the bus move was canceled so I had to go there by walking about 3 km and also through the farm areas.
- Breakfast is boiled egg, fried egg, cheese and bread

Breakfast is very low quality, the service my collegue ask for a bottle of water in the night to the front desk and wasnt possible..... for the price is not the best
