Positive points:
• Breakfast was good with decent options.
• Free tea and coffee were available throughout the day at the entrance, which was a nice touch.
• The room itself was comfortable and well maintained.
• The hotel is conveniently located near a DB railway station, making travel easy.
Areas for improvement:
• Drinking water was provided only on the first day. No water bottles were supplied during the remaining three days, which was disappointing.
• I requested a dental kit. Initially, the staff said they needed to check availability and later informed me it was out of stock. It was provided only after two days. Basic amenities like this should be readily available.
• Wi-Fi connectivity was poor and inconsistent. The speed fluctuated a lot, and in-room network strength was very weak at times. This was unexpected in a developed country and from a hotel of this category, especially for business travelers.

The hotel location was ideal for us, but as we did not use any public transportation, we cannot really tell how good it would be for other travellers. Breakfast was excellent, we all liked it. Rooms were OK, beds are comfy.
Our room had a very unpleasant odor. We did not know why: either it was an ex-smoker room, or the AC had a problem. Corridors are also dirty (more like a hostel than a hotel), and the staff were polite, but far from friendly.

Great reception, friendly and service oriented. Room was good, with all the needed facilities. Parking could be a bit better, it was packed and we were recommended to leave the car to keep the spot. But the u1 line is right behind the corner. Breakfast is good as well.

No hair conditioner included in the provided toiletries, and the provided shampoo is not great.
The standard double room didn't match the pictures or the description. Instead, they were describing a family room. It took me a few tries to get the room I booked (one queen bed), but it was 4 AM at the time, so it's understandable.
Now here's the real kicker, the internet speed. It's atrocious, only 8 Mbps up and 1 Mbps down. I understand that you have to make sure everyone gets at least a bit, but at least let me pay for better speed so I can videocall somebody
