Staff are very helpful during our stay
Coffee and tea making facilities in lobby for guests
Balcony and courtyard area on 1st floor need to clearing up as there’s plenty of cigarettes

The location is very good, just ~50m away from the Metro station.
The choices of were OK but some food was not refilled after 8:30. The WiFi was terrible wrost. During the peak hours (~17:00 till 02:00), it was unable to send even few MB email.
Some foods in the breakfast were refilled after 08:30.

I think that the hotel need a restaurant for the lunch or dinner, because, for example, with kids in the coolest days we needed get out of the hotel for eat something

• I requested a dental kit. Initially, the staff said they needed to check availability and later informed me it was out of stock. It was provided only after two days. Basic amenities like this should be readily available.
• Wi-Fi connectivity was poor and inconsistent. The speed fluctuated a lot, and in-room network strength was very weak at times. This was unexpected in a developed country and from a hotel of this category, especially for business travelers.
