The hotel staff was kind, professional, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated throughout my stay.
Their positive attitude to assist guests are honestly the main reasons why I decided not to give an even lower rating.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning during my 5 night stay, which made the overall experience quite uncomfortable, especially considering the expectations from a hotel of this category. To their credit, the management acknowledged the issue and offered complimentary parking (wich is chargeable - 11€ per night) for the duration of my stay as a gesture of compensation, which I appreciated.
Still, I hope the hotel resolves the air conditioning problems soon, as it significantly affects guest comfort and the overall quality of the stay.

Location is close to metro station.
Good renovated rooms, pleasant design.
Breakfast has no any fish but more than 5 kinds of meat, poor for vegetables. Coffee isn’t good, also machine from the reception was always out of the water
The bathroom is so small that it was not possible to go out and not to hit something.
A lot of dust on the top of the mirror.

Very warm welcome , staff very friendly and helpful, room excellent with good facilities. Breakfast fabulous. Plenty of (paid but not too expensive ) parking. Close to Courttoom 600.

The location is very good, just ~50m away from the Metro station.
The choices of were OK but some food was not refilled after 8:30. The WiFi was terrible wrost. During the peak hours (~17:00 till 02:00), it was unable to send even few MB email.
Some foods in the breakfast were refilled after 08:30.
