The staff were very friendly, and they also offer snacks in the lobby. The room is well equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. They also provide complimentary beers and sparkling water in the refrigerator upon arrival. The heater is adjustable, which is a nice feature.
I was concerned about safety during my stay, as the entrance door and the elevator could be accessed freely by anyone. The location also felt somewhat sketchy, as it is at the back of Nürnberg HBF.

The staff was very friendly. They offered us a welcome drink. There was a parking spot in the courtyard. It wasn't far from downtown.
Although the hallway our rooms were in was supposed to be quiet, there was noise that couldn't be ignored.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes from Hbf. The welcome Helles was just perfect after a long journey to Nuremberg. A great experience.

Excellent and friendly staff with a clean, large and comfortable room. The location was great, with a short walk to the train station and old town. The breakfast buffet was filling and delicious. The free drinks (especially beers) were well appreciated after a long day of travel, as were the gummy treats. Would highly recommend staying here

Very friendly staff, free beer and water in fridge and free coffee in am and enjoyed a cup of tea in my room after dinner. Room large and clean bathroom.

From the minute my friend and i arrived it was a good experience being from a different country the guy behind the counter spoke English was able to get the 2 rooms i booked ready for us with a few clicks on the computer with the location being right behind the train station being a 5 minute walk it was super easy to get to even with the small rooms it was very were comforting with a complementary a beer, mineral water and a small bag of gummy bears on the bed was not expected at all but enjoyed very much definitely would stay again. I however didn't get the breakfast but I'm sure it might be worth trying!

The hotel had a boutique feel to it. Didn't seem at all like a Best Western that I've stayed before. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet.
There could have been more onsite parking, but it's a central location and space is limited. They did, however, have reserved spaces in a parking garage a short walk away.

Location very convenient to train station.
Really fun decor and free coffee 24-7 in the lounge area.
Location was convenient but did not feel particularly safe if traveling alone. I stayed in after dark.

Quaint boutique style hotel. I appreciated the sitting area outside my room. The layout of the room was perfect for my needs. Lots of plugs for charging devices! The breakfast was exceptional- white linen and great food- unusual for a chain hotel.

Car parking is stated available, no reservation needed, but then we were told not to park in the garage as we havent booked in advance...At the end we didnt park over and paid the 14EUR fee per day. Was just weird.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety and had many choices. Short walk to train station and Old Town.
We were there only one night. I have no complaints to share.
