Location was good, girl working the front desk on check in was very nice and helpful. Room was what was expected.
Elevator out and room was on the fourth floor. Poked my head into a room that I thought was maybe breakfast room (too late in the morning but wanted to see facilities) and staff member was fairly aggressive and in my face about it when a simple "sorry we're closed here now" would have done fine.

The rooms were very clean and the building is modern inside.
The breakfast was nice - the only problem was that we were told breakfast wasn't included so we missed out on our first day. We were not offered any refund for it.
There aren't many places to sit and we weren't allowed to sit on the chairs / benches in the dining area outside of breakfast hours.

Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, despite the fact that twin beds are a bit narrow.
Staff was lovely and location is perfect.
The only thing I was missing there was the kettle.

The manager was so kind and helpful. So sorry cannot remember his name but he even got a bandage for my sister. He gave us a map of how to get around. We were able to to 3 churches and 2 Christmas markets in 5 hours. Thank you for all your help.Close to train station.

The apartment was clean. Location was good in terms of taking a taxi that didn’t cost a lot. Very quiet area and felt safe. Cookies were left for us and there was a little Christmas tree which was a sweet gesture. Good instructions for getting the keys.
Pull out bed in livingroom was awful. Poor support and the wood boards made is very uncomfortable. No closets, no hangars, so a coat rack to hang out jackets would have been helpful. Washer was nice to have but no drying rack to hang wet clothes or wet towels on. Also instruction manual for washer would be helpful. Lots of symbols we weren’t familiar with and we were concerned we might do something wrong. A garbage can in the bathroom would be good. No microwave, no toaster. Only 2 coffee mugs, 2 glasses and we were booked for 3 people.

The whole check-in process is very smart - you don’t get physical smart cards, you get a hard paper card where they write the room number and a six digit code with which you get into the room. Downside is you have to type it every time but the upside is there’s virtually no check-out for you as a guest, when your booking is up, you just leave. Helped me a lot with my flight being at 7 in the morning, I didn’t have to worry about wasting some minutes with the check-out, too. Inside the room is just perfect, looks very modern and has everything you need, except for a minibar but that wasn’t a problem for me. I was lucky I got a room facing the opposite direction of the street so it was very quiet. Lastly, you have vending machines downstairs so if you’re like me and forget to buy water from the supermarket one night, then you can always go to the ground floor and stock up. Can’t recommend it enough and I hope I’ll return soon! Not to mention the location which is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and the city center.

The guy in the reception was very rude, I was looking for the bathroom in the reception and he made the assumption that I was sneaking into the rooms stealing or something like that.

Room has a decent size, not too big and not too small for 3 persons. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The WiFi is great, we did not encounter any issues.
It was listed as room with aircon but the air coming out was very warm. There’s body wash but no shampoo. They didn’t lend a cup when we asked for hot water for our tea, we were asked to bring our own container

The location is good. 10-min walking from the main train station, 10-min walking to the historical center of Nurnberg. Room is big, bad is also big. Staff is friendly. Drinks and snacks are available at reception for purchase any time (even beer - that was bonus).
