Location.
Room was very unhygienic, rotten floors, rotten sink and toilet.
On the 05/12/25 at midday, a male staff member approached myself and another guest and accused us of breaking into the down stairs lobby toilet, that he claimed was “locked”. However, the toilet door was wide open, so myself and another guest proceeded to use the toilet. The male staff member was incredibly rude, aggressive and used profanity towards me, he then yelled at myself and my fiancé telling us to get out, as if he owned the property.

Good location, 500 m from train station. The room was nice and clean. Air conditioning works well. The Staff is very nice!
Breakfast is poor and is not worth 14 euro!
Boiled eggs were not fresh!

The apartment was clean. Location was good in terms of taking a taxi that didn’t cost a lot. Very quiet area and felt safe. Cookies were left for us and there was a little Christmas tree which was a sweet gesture. Good instructions for getting the keys.
Pull out bed in livingroom was awful. Poor support and the wood boards made is very uncomfortable. No closets, no hangars, so a coat rack to hang out jackets would have been helpful. Washer was nice to have but no drying rack to hang wet clothes or wet towels on. Also instruction manual for washer would be helpful. Lots of symbols we weren’t familiar with and we were concerned we might do something wrong. A garbage can in the bathroom would be good. No microwave, no toaster. Only 2 coffee mugs, 2 glasses and we were booked for 3 people.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
To begin with, the **communication with the staff was terrible**. Emails and messages were either ignored or answered days later, and when I tried to ask simple questions at the reception, I received vague or even rude responses. It felt like no one really cared to help.
The **room size was shockingly small**, nothing like what the photos advertised. There was barely enough space to open my suitcase, and moving around the room felt uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected something far more spacious.
As for the **facilities**, most of them were either outdated or simply not functioning. the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the common areas looked neglected. Even the basic amenities felt cheap and poorly maintained.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of poor communication, tiny rooms, and disappointing facilities made my stay frustrating and far from relaxing.
