It was close to the metro line and town.
Breakfast I thought was expensive for what they were offering and they didn't offer a full English. Also no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Hotel located centrally in terms of the Christmas market and train station, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast could have been better (there were no eggs) , proper shampoo and body wash can be provided for guests, better lighting in the room

Simplicity, easy location for getting to sightseeing/Christmas markets and the man on the front desk was friendly and helpful.
No kettle/drinks facilities in the room, which would have been nice. We also only had one set of towels in the room even though it was a room for three! But front desk was happy to supply more when we asked. There was some renovation work going on whilst we were staying but we weren't warned about that before or stay (work started about 8am!)... Luckily we were up and out to see the city so it didn't bother us too much!

Great location, nice and clean, lovely staff.
The hotel was under renovations while staying there, and during the day between 8am and 5pm, there was extremely loud drilling noise coming into my room which was difficult as I was trying to work from my room, and also interrupted a day time nap when I was trying to catch up on sleep due to a 3am wake up that day earlier.

Since I need a hotel near the train station (4 blocks) and reasonably price (I am in Europe for 4 weeks), this is a great value for me. It is also close to the bridge that takes me to the C&A and Carolina Str where there is great shopping. There is a U-Bahn stop next to the hotel but I prefer to walk to and from the central train station with my heavy luggage. There is an Aldi around the corner if you need cheap snacks.
