Much is automated, but staff is in place (so I could store my luggage when I arrived at noon). Location is good: close the the railway museum, the old town and restaurants.
A detail: the only curtains are those that block the light. If they're open, anyone can look in. Maybe add some "light curtains".

This hotel is located near the old town , which makes it a great starting place to go explore Nurnberg. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, the only downside is that the area with the food is a bit crammed, so if there are multiple people trying to get something for breakfast it can get a bit tricky.

The location is very good for exploring the city. Short walk to the main train station. Very wonderful and helpful staff. We were given a free breakfast as the hotel was doing some renovations. We will return.
Not very many outlets for charging.

Arrived and garage was full! Garage was advertised and part of the reason we picked the hotel. We were told we were getting three beds. It should have mentioned it was a double bed and bunk beds.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the automatic self-check-in at night. I arrived around 1 a.m. and, without seeing any staff, I could check in easily through the self-service monitor at the entrance. I just entered my details, paid, and immediately got my room number and door code. Within minutes, I was in my room – super convenient and something I experienced for the first time.
The location is also excellent – right outside the Opernhaus metro station, you can’t miss it.
And the breakfast was varied and delicious, a perfect start to the day.

Email with entry instructions arrived too late for me to be able to refer to it.
I was stranded outside the main door. No evening reception. Surly and bad-tempered telephone concierge let me in.
Room was barely clean and in poor order.

Rooms very cosy and clean , I purchased extra breakfast , it also had nice variety, stuff were warm and welcoming . It was a nice place overall.

Location next to the walls of the old city. Reasonable cost. Private parking. The friendly staff also speaks English. Everywhere is very clean. The price includes a good breakfast in the buffet restaurant and fast Wi-Fi.
Paid (15 €/day) private parking is for only a few cars while reservation is not possible. However, at night it is possible to park a car for free on the street nearby.

The third bed was a real bed and separated by a partition, the room was very spacious. The hotel is very close to the city center.
The hotel's parking was full, but we could park on the street (2€/hour from 8 am to 8 pm) and finally it was cheaper than what we would have paid to the hotel for parking (1 night stay).
