Great location in the old city, and quiet room overlooking quaint rooftops. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good value. Has a lift which was helpful.

I stay there last year during the Christmas Markets. Awesome people and they even upgraded my room. That is my go to hotel when visiting Nuremberg. The Christmas Markets are just around the corner! Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast ? is fantastic with lots of choices. Thanks again for a great time see you next year ??

Location
The room smelled like a dirty gum locker room, very bad odor, no air con or heat control, stained/discolored bedding, dim lighting, out of date facilities, noisy. They posted "hypoallergenic room", but had old poor quality feather products in room. Completely misrepresented the room on the advertisement.

They offer a great breakfast with wide variety of foods options, love it. The room we occupy is spacious.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city, a walking distance from the shopping center and key tourist attractions.

Close to the main attractions.
Pillow not good, no water provided , no tea or coffee in the room. Had to ask for boiler.
We asked for ice they had none. Decoration stuck in the 1990s.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly & helpful. Overall it was a great experience.
It seemed like the no smoking policy might not have been strictly enforced.

An excellent option for staying in Nuremberg. The hotel is centrally located within the old town and very close to a metro stop. The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast offered a wide range of options. Luggage storage is also available.

What an amazing breakfast! It is one of the best I had compared with other hotels. Everything is high quality, fresh and tasty fruits, everything tastes good. The room was amazing, very big, very well designed, and very quiet and warm during night. So what went wrong...please for god sake install some good internet! I had work to do, was impossible with 800 kbytes/s and instable. We are in 2025, this problem should not exists in any hotel in my opinion! Generally I highly recommend this hotel if you don't need internet of course.

Room was spacious but cozy with lots of character. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is in the midst of old town with lots of restaurants, shops, and sightseeing an easy walk.

The room was nice and the hotel is well-located. We were pleased with the many nearby parking options and the staff was very kind and explained everything clearly. The breakfast was also great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place.
The only negatives were the room location on the 'zero floor,' which required us to take the elevator up one floor and then down again to get to our room. Additionally, our request to have two rooms located near each other was not accommodated.
