An excellent option for staying in Nuremberg. The hotel is centrally located within the old town and very close to a metro stop. The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast offered a wide range of options. Luggage storage is also available.

What an amazing breakfast! It is one of the best I had compared with other hotels. Everything is high quality, fresh and tasty fruits, everything tastes good. The room was amazing, very big, very well designed, and very quiet and warm during night. So what went wrong...please for god sake install some good internet! I had work to do, was impossible with 800 kbytes/s and instable. We are in 2025, this problem should not exists in any hotel in my opinion! Generally I highly recommend this hotel if you don't need internet of course.

Room was spacious but cozy with lots of character. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is in the midst of old town with lots of restaurants, shops, and sightseeing an easy walk.

The room was nice and the hotel is well-located. We were pleased with the many nearby parking options and the staff was very kind and explained everything clearly. The breakfast was also great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place.
The only negatives were the room location on the 'zero floor,' which required us to take the elevator up one floor and then down again to get to our room. Additionally, our request to have two rooms located near each other was not accommodated.

The staff is amazing. They were ready to help at every turn. Morning breakfast was fresh and consistent every morning. Bread was fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is near to the U and it was easy to get almost everywhere I wanted to go on foot.

Never thought a 3 star hotel could be this good! Exceeded all expectations in the best possible way. Very easy to reach by the underground. Lots of eateries, shops and sights all around that are reachable by foot. Despite being centainly located, it was surprisingly quiet but I have to add that my room didn't face the main road. I got a clean, cosy and spacious room. The breakfast was everything you could wish for!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the old city and train station. Our stay included a breakfast, which was okay but not what we are used to.
The staff tried very hard to meet our needs with respect to the room temperature, there is no centrail air in this hotel.
The room was clean and the bathroom was big but the square shower was up a step and difficult to get in and out of with nothing to hold on to.
If you are able, and we were, it's faster and easy to walk from the HBF to the hotel.
The reception is upstairs with elevator access. Rooms 01 to 03 are downstairs, where we were, so you go up to get in and then down again to the rooms at street level where people walking by or living across can see in. . We are seniors with some issues and the stairs were difficult, the elevator didn't go to our room level. We should have asked to moved as soon as we arrived, that's on us.

Wonderful
Great location, comfy room and bed, and as many choices as you could imagine for breakfast.
It’s not really a negative. It’s a slightly unique entrance. A bit of a hallway off the street and then you take an elevator to the lobby one flight up. Nothing wrong with it. Just a little odd at first.
After that, it’s just fine.
