We booked this hotel as we were traveling from Mannheim to Prague. I was hoping to make it all the way to Prague but had to stop because I was tired. We found this hotel on the internet while driving close to Nuremberg. We got there at 9pm and the Manager met us with a smile and was very friendly. I was impressed with the hotel as soon as I arrived. The manager called the restaurant to make sure they would stay open for us. The meal was very good and we enjoyed how the restaurant was decorated. I was very happy with the stay.

The staff are very professional. The restaurant is just AMAZING (Michelin star level).
The material of the bed sheet. And the pillow was a bit soft for me.
