The room was pleasant and clean and the breakfast good.
You have to be an assured user of IT and have everything on the mobile 'phone. The instructions come to your e-mail with codes for entry and a map of the garage, and the latter is non too clear. The hotel is empty and you only have a contact number if you have any queries.

We loved the easy checkin with the pin code. The amities at the accommodation were also great. Room had towels, soap, show get and lotion. The space was big and shower temp and pressure was also top.
Wifi didnt reach the hotel room(26).

Excellent stay very clean rooms and spacious, staff friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.
Secure private parking 50 mtrs awsy.

Nice hotel in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the Old town. The rooms were large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Very family and pet friendly.
The only thing was that there was no air-conditioning and we were there during a very hot August. We tried to keep windows and curtains closed but the housekeeping staff kept opening them - it was very well intentioned I'm sure and the room was cleaned very well.

Location of the hotel, within walking distance of the town center.
The hotel room was advertised to have a fully working kitchen. The dish washer did not work however and there was no way to clean plates, cups etc. We found the cups and plates visibly unclean in the shelves.

Probably the worst hotel experience ever. As i worked in the industry for many years I usually have a lot of understanding for hotels, their workers, faults etc, but unfortunately I couldn't justify this one. Firstly, dodgy area. Secondly there is NO PARKING which was one of the main reasons for us to book a place. We were advised they offer parking however that it was fully booked. I might add that nowhere on Booking.com I could see a note saying parking needs to be booked or that places are limited. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. As it was the middle of the night, we decided to sleep over anyway, but it was a sleepless night. Corridor smelled of mice, squeegy chairs on the way to the room that didn't look the safest, beds extremely uncomfortable (literally couldn't sleep on it after driving all day). No soundproofing
[24.7. 23:12] Sanja KIRBI: I could hear everything. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and wouldn't turn off for ages. The only good thing was that water pressure was great. On my way to the car in the morning, receptionist stopped me while I was carrying loads of bags and a toddler saying she needs to know a room number. I didn't know it first so I told her I would come back (obviously after I unload). When I did she spoke on the phone, put a phone down just to hear my saying my room number and then carried on with a phone conversation. Without an apology, acknowledgment of the room number, anything...only after I started walking away, she was shouting after me but at that point I had no patience left at all. This is very unprofessional, rude and literally ridiculous for a hotel of that price.
