The only positive is the large rooms. Everything else is disgusting. So the main review is about what went wrong.
I am absolutely appalled by my experience at this hotel. The cleanliness is virtually nonexistent. Upon arrival, we were casually informed that housekeeping only cleans rooms once every three days. Since our stay was exactly three nights, we didn’t receive a single cleaning service during our entire trip. To make matters worse, we arrived to a room that was already visibly dirty. The absolute worst part was the sofa — it was covered in disgusting, unidentifiable stains that genuinely made our stomachs turn. We didn’t even want to set our bags down, let alone sit in that room. It is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business to offer accommodations in such a filthy state.
However, the appalling customer service somehow managed to be even worse than the lack of hygiene. One evening, we returned to the hotel carrying a bag of chips we had purchased at a nearby corner store. Instead of a standard greeting, the staff aggressively accused us of stealing the snacks from their display without paying. When we tried to explain, they rudely threatened us, stating they would “check the security cameras” to prove our guilt. Being treated like thieves and openly threatened by the staff over a bag of chips is completely unforgivable. Do yourself a favor, save your money and your nerves, and book somewhere else.
