Convenient location!
Very unfriendly receptionist, uncomfortable bed and we stayed for 3 days they didn’t clean the room for those days! When asked them to clean it so they refused to do so and they mentioned they only clean the room every 3 days!

Beautiful room, large, very nice.
The microwave and stove were difficult to use and we had to call for help. The pool went out of commission for a day and the sauna needed to be heated but required that the staff be notified 30 minutes in advance

The room was nice, big and clean. The stuff very friendly and polite. The location is very good, quiet and only 10 minutes walk to the city center ?
We couldn't park the car in the hotel's garage, since it was overloaded. So with small child it was a bit difficult to go to other garage, although it was close. Also, always was a queue to get a cappuccino, since the coffee maschine didn't work properly.

The location was perfect! Just on the edge of the old town. We were a convenient walk to everything we wanted to see. Three of us were traveling, and we received a much appreciated upgrade to an apartment. It was spacious, with a separate bedroom. There was plenty of seating space. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette except for preparing coffee/tea, but it was a nice touch. It even had a washing machine! The staff were also very helpful. We would gladly return!

Modern, clean, excellent service.
The room is modern, but spartan. There wasn't a single drawer where we could put things like wallet, keys, and jewelry. The lighting wasn't convenient, as we couldn't turn off just the entry lights.

The location and secure underground parking.
The room was very very hot and with the windows opened it was incredibly loud and noisy. We got very little sleep. Super frustrating.

Nice and spacious studio, very clean and had everything you need, quiet street right in old city center, underground station v close, breakfast was v good and the staff there extremely attentive with guests, reception personnel v nice as well. All in all a very good experience.

Very centrally placed hotel with own parking; close to the city centre.
Nice and helpful staff.
Very nice hotel room with very well functioning airconditioning (which is very nice with outside temperature app. 30 degree).
Nice breakfast.
Breakfast restaurant very busy and limited available tables (during "rush hour").
A bit more light in the bathroom would4 have been nice (but not a problem).

Nice apartment with good basic facilities. Nice bar in the lobby and good breakfast. Location very convenient with walk-able distance to the city central. Clean and comfortable room.
