Our room
Had only one plug near the bed. In room 316. This was huge issue as i have hearing aids that need an extra charger. room 314 had two. Trash under the refrigerator had dirty sanitary pad from prior guest in room 314 on our arrival. Three days was too long to not have trash emptied as containers were small. Rooms a bit hot at night - unable lower below 18. Thankfully could open windows.

Disappointing
Location and some waiting on staff at breakfast
The Night Duty Manager on arrival. He was unhelpful and lied about the rooms. Wouldn’t explain or do anything about the hole in the bedroom wall. He said that all rooms have this ‘feature’ our daughter’s family was next door, no hole in their wall. Asked to move rooms but told there were none. Lie number 2. We checked on line and there were rooms. This man is a liability.

Everything was amazing, the breakfast was excellent and the room super comfortable
There were naked people kissing and hugging in the pool area. We left the pool with my son as it didn’t feel very family friendly. When I mentioned this to the staff they were encouraged us to give them a call from the pool directly and seemed concerned. I didn’t call immediately and mentioned this at the check-out, so that’s on me.

Location is spot on. Away from the crowds but close to every Christmas market and shops
Staff very helpful and friendly
Room was very big with everything you needed
Upon going to our room the carpets were dirty however our room was very clean
Our bed was a double but we had 2 single sheets for a couple
Pillows were so soft we ended up using the chair cushions
Pool was dirty at 3pm
Our main ceiling light was hanging over the right side of the bed room 425

My daughter loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Also the location was great - close to the train station and town. The room has a good size. Also the kitchen has what it needs for making a quick pasta.
The room might need a bit of a deep clean - furniture and carpets.
