Breakfast has good quality, though when you stay for 4 days it could be more different from day to day.
It was a bit too hot in the room, the only way to improve is to open a window a bit

Very close walking distance to old town and many sites. Clean, comfortable, with weekly cleaning. A kitchenette, washer and dryer was helpful. Pet friendly.
The TV had no streaming apps and screen mirroring didn't work. When I asked the front desk for help, I was told they don't sleep there so she didn't know how to work it.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment. It came with a large living area and kitchenette and 2 full bathrooms. The living area with an extra bathroom was not previously advertised and a great surprise.
The property is close to the Winter Village, the White Tower, and the driver was able to stop in front of the building. Only 15 min slow walk from the central train station.

Our room
Had only one plug near the bed. In room 316. This was huge issue as i have hearing aids that need an extra charger. room 314 had two. Trash under the refrigerator had dirty sanitary pad from prior guest in room 314 on our arrival. Three days was too long to not have trash emptied as containers were small. Rooms a bit hot at night - unable lower below 18. Thankfully could open windows.

Convenient location!
Very unfriendly receptionist, uncomfortable bed and we stayed for 3 days they didn’t clean the room for those days! When asked them to clean it so they refused to do so and they mentioned they only clean the room every 3 days!

Beautiful room, large, very nice.
The microwave and stove were difficult to use and we had to call for help. The pool went out of commission for a day and the sauna needed to be heated but required that the staff be notified 30 minutes in advance

The room was nice, big and clean. The stuff very friendly and polite. The location is very good, quiet and only 10 minutes walk to the city center ?
We couldn't park the car in the hotel's garage, since it was overloaded. So with small child it was a bit difficult to go to other garage, although it was close. Also, always was a queue to get a cappuccino, since the coffee maschine didn't work properly.

The location was perfect! Just on the edge of the old town. We were a convenient walk to everything we wanted to see. Three of us were traveling, and we received a much appreciated upgrade to an apartment. It was spacious, with a separate bedroom. There was plenty of seating space. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette except for preparing coffee/tea, but it was a nice touch. It even had a washing machine! The staff were also very helpful. We would gladly return!
