The breakfast was good and it had many options to choose from, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Not an issue, but i laughed at myself when i was looking for water. I looked at the machines and all around until i found it "on tap", but it was good so no complaints. The WiFi was good, the room was clean, the hotel was clean, it was nice to have a secure elevator that you needed a room key for your floor to get to your floor(I scanned my key and it automatically registered the 3rd floor).
The bed wasnt as comfy as i felt it should be, and the pillows were really thin, so i didnt have any support for my head so when i woke up each morning, I wasnt feeling my best. I also couldnt change the language on the TV to have any caption other than German, so watching TV wasnt a good option, not knowing German.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The gentleman was very welcoming! Very accommodating about storing our bikes in the garage or in our rooms. All the staff I encountered during our stay were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The location is superb. Easily accessible by metro. Walking distance to shops. The air conditioner worked great!
Would have preferred if the hotel had a bike rack for storing bikes in the garage and a refrigerator in the room.

Beds were really comfortable! Both rooms were decent and clean. There were towels and shower gel. The view wasn't extraordinary, however, it was nice to look at. The staff was really helpful and knew English very well.
There was a problem with doing two rooms next to each other, which was kind of complicated for family of five. However the rooms were on the same floor.

I love this Hotel. The Staff is extremely friendly, everything is clean, modern and well organized. The price is right and the location is great, since it is so centra. I can only recommend it!
I would love to have a couple more vegan options for Breakfast (different milk to Oat milk) and the pastries were a bit dry :-) But definitely nothing major!

Well located. Close to the airport and to the city center. Perfect to get on the road in the morning. Good staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet with nice soundproof windows. Big flow in the shower!
A bit hot during the night, couldn’t manage to cool it down.

Cheap parking (10€ per night). Room was clean and new, but just a little small. Staff was super helpful and kind. Position right in front of metro station (U-Bahn)
