Close to the main train station. Cosy lobby area.
When we arrived, an employee was rather unfriendly when I asked him to help me with the check-in process. They use self check- in system which is not rocket science, but not after 7 hours of travelling by train. There was nobody to welcome or to guide me as a guest.
The kitchen guests can usw for cooking is in the basement, is tiny and poorly equipped. You have to get a fork and a plate at the reception and then bring whatever you cooked to your room which can be on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

I requested "Twin" room, and assumed that there will be two single bed with some separation. When I arrived, the beds were joined to make it a double bed -- which was NOT what I requested. I asked the reception and they said "this is our standard format" -- which made no sense to me. But then again, I booked via Booking.com who may or may not have the details! Anyway, there was hardly any space to separate the beds, but I did manage to separate them (when I asked for help, the help came in too late, and I was not convinced that anyone would come to help) and get a little bit of walkway between the beds.
I also needed fridge space to store my medicine, which was greatly supported by the staff and I could keep my medication in the communal fridge (behind locked doors, keys available from the reception).
Only one evening was a bit concerning as a large group of young adults showed up and made a serious racket along the corridor -- they thought that the entire floor is theirs and knocked (more like banged :P) my door several times. I asked the reception to look into it and they tried (not necessarily succeeded, but then again, these are European young adults :D)
Overall, I am pleased with the service and accommodation. I will consider it as a viable option on my future visits.
during busy hours there was a longer wait at the reception to be supported for anything. Breakfast was NOT worth the money -- you get a tiny selection (only two types) of cheese, ham/salami, boiled eggs, beans, pancakes, two types of bread, tea/coffee/juice -- that's it. we paid around 12Euro per person, and decided we should eat out which was much more fulfilling and delicous!

The location is outstanding, just a short walk from both the Old Town and the Hauptbahnhof. The option to store luggage is a major advantage and adds real convenience. Self check-in and check-out were quick and very easy. Everything also appeared clean and well-maintained.
It’s a real shame that all dormitories are mixed. It would be great to have the option of gender-specific dorms as well, as I was in the dorm with only males. Curtains on the bunk beds would also be a nice addition for extra privacy. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

It is close to the town centre. Privat car parking is available.
The window of the room was warped ang couldn't be closed. It was too cool during the night.
