They give the top bed even if the room is empty.
Broken lights and sockets on the bed
No hot water in the shower
They do not say anything about towels when they give you linens. You have to pay for a towel, it is fine, not fine is that you learn that there is no towel when you are already in the room preparing to sleep.

Location was great. I got charged twice and they could not help me. I wated 2 hours trying to get my miney back which they held and even though i showed thrm.physically they could not help.umtil i paid twice. Horrible experience.

Good for a short stay, fantastic location, it was good to be able to wash and dry my clothes in the premises.
Uncomfortable bed, shower area is too small, kettle not available we have to “rent” it.

It was not as advertised, showed me on booking.com it will be a seperate room. But it turned out I would need to share the room with other people, which is not really the thing you are looking for when travelling for work.

The location is perfect. It is quite close to the main train station. The price is very reasonable for a one-night stay.
The heater didn't work, but there was a portable heater. I think it wasn't trustworthy to me. During the night, I had to wake up and turn off the heater and then turn it on several times. It was very noisy.

Excellent location near Hauptbahnhof.
The elevator was always busy with the cleaning staff, so they should have another one only for passengers. Windows were not soundproof so it was very noisy at all times. TV channels were all in German, except for MTV, so no chances of watching anything else. Both towels were small, no bath towel.

We booked one room for a family of 5 five. Only two beds were made. Staff provided the bed sheets and towels but they expected us to make the bed upon check-in.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, relaxing and quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good customer service, very good breakfast and they provide safe parking.
The heater in the hotel is not heated properly.

The location is perfect since it’s near from the Train Station and the staff are friendly and you can also use the luggage room for free of charge. It’s more cleaner than compared to other a&o hostel and good atmosphere.
Unfortunately you have to pay extra for the towels if you are staying in dorm and the power socket in the bunk beds were not working.

Very lovely hostel with the greatest and kindest staff! I stayed here for 5 days with my mother who had a problem with stairs so I kindly requested the 1st floor and the staff arranged the perfect room for us. Closest to the elevator and in a silence environment for us to sleep well. Everything I kindly requested were granted by all the receptionists anytime I asked for. I am very grateful for each one of you to make our stay really comfortable and special. The breakfast is also very nice, there are plenty of options for all kind of eating habits, including coffee, tea, juice etc. The location is in front of the flixbus station and it was very convenient for us to take a day trip to Prague without losing time or transporting far. Overall I am really happy for my stay and if I ever come to Nuremberg again, this hostel will definitely be my choice once more :)
Not that I didn't like, I just have some suggestions for the future stays. I really appreciated the cleaning policy to reduce environmental impact. So whenever you'd like, you request for a room cleaning. However this information was written on the door of the bathroom inside the room and we didn't realize it for 3 days since we only come to room to sleep, not to actually spend time. Would have been nicer if we were informed about that during the check-in by the receptionist so that we could have the room cleaned during our stay. Another suggestion is maybe some days during the breakfast there can be some fried potatoes or a simple omelette for a change. But overall I am very happy about everything!

Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. I have never stayed at a place so nasty, moldy, and dirty. I was appalled at the conditions of the building, the stains on the sheets and mattress. Everything in town was sold out and that was the reason we HAD to stay. We don’t have running water in the morning to shower or brush our teeth. If I could give no rating I would. AVOID
All the above and people were so loud throughout the night. No parking. And stains everywhere. The walls were filthy and had patch work everywhere from holes.
