The location was great. Close to the central train station and the old town.
The reception was very disorganized. They first sent me to a room where it had been given to other persons. I opened the door and a lady was there! That was an awkward situation. Then I was given another room which was dirty and had not been cleaned up after the previous guests had left. The third room was fine. The guys in the reception were nice and apologized. Now that I think about it, it was all funny but at that moment when I was tired after a long trip, it was over the top.
The other issue was that the window in the room couldn't be closed tightly and the noise from the main street and the trams was annoying.

Close the central station
Terrible experience! Firstly, we booked four rooms for 4 people two months prior. When we arrived, they said that they have given our rooms to other customers and that we could have only 2 rooms.
Secondly, when we said that since we had only two rooms out of four we should be refunded the money for the two rooms that were given to other customers. They didn't, so they charged us for four rooms but gave us only two!
We arrived late in the night so we didn't have any other option yo accept the conditions. But terrible customer support and service!
