Friendly staff (helpful for example with the annoying self check-in, which didn't work), clean, convenient location, price
We stayed on the 4th floor and it was incredibly hot even though the window was "open" (it's only possible to tilt it) all night. Unfortunately our sleep was interrupted a lot as our room was across from a youth group that played catch, etc. In the hallway and there is little to no noise cancellation and the doors are not only thin but also shut very loudly.

It was newly renovated, and there was a bathroom in our room. The staff was great, and it is a 3,minute walk to the bus station.

The location is excellent. You don’t need to worry the weather, the underground is just walk 1 min and you can go directly to the train station.
Unfortunately, the lift is not working when I stay in.
