The tea service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel was very beautiful and authentic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They had a laundry service which was quick and efficient.
It was hard for us to use the spa services and there was a daily charge for it which added to the daily cost. It would have been nice to be able choose if we wanted to add the spa portion.
