Nothing. Checked out after less than 24 hours
This hotel was extremely disappointing. I found multiple insects in my room, including on the bed, and photographed them.
When I initially asked to change rooms, the tall, young brunette man told me, “There’s nothing we can do for you.” For a room costing over $200 per night, I found that response extremely unacceptable.
The water also had a strange, unpleasant smell. I contacted the hotel in writing and Booking.com for assistance, but the hotel never responded to my message or to Booking.com’s attempts to help.
Other reviews mention staff being helpful with Oktoberfest information and even rides to the train station, so I was surprised by how cold my own experience felt. It instead matched the reviews that also mention poor customer service
I understand that one insect can happen anywhere, but after finding several and receiving no meaningful assistance, I chose to leave early. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back after filing several complaints.
A simple room change or genuine effort to address the situation would have made a huge difference. I do not recommend staying here. This was an extremely unpleasant way to start my first Oktoberfest.

This family owned and run hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. All of our needs were met. We stayed in an apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and living room. It was perfect for our stay. The staff was excellent; they had great restaurant recommendations within walking distance. The restaurants had great German food and atmosphere. We met Tobias at the front desk and he was wonderful. He gave a complete rundown on how Oktoberfest works, the history, how to get there, how the tents work, which ones he recommended, great food recommendations, and what times to take it all in. He made our Oktoberfest visit outstanding. He also gave us great information on the public transportation and set us up with a group ticket for each day. One price no hassle with unlimited use and he had the tickets at the front desk. There was a grocery market to walk to for supplies. He also had good suggestions for other sights in Munich like Dachau Concentration Camp which made the timing of our trip there perfect. Great place to stay. It is outside of the city and was a quiet safe town and it is very close to the train station which got you into the city center in 18 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Spacious room and staff were very good.
It was a nice neighborhood but you have to walk or take taxi/uber to get around. I only saw a bakery nearby and we had to walk a bit to it.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and very confortable. Especially the beds. The hotel guests are very kind and helpfull in every demand that you have.
The hotel is at 30 minutes from the center. You will need a car.

The property is very modern, clean, quiet and conveniently located to shops and a nature reserve. There is a washer and dryer on the property making it super convenient for travelers.

Nice size room and furnishings... one of the more comfortable beds that we had during our holiday. There is a good restaurant within walking distance serving traditional German cuisine. The hotel breakfast had a nice variety and was very good.

Everything for our group was great. We were attending Oktoberfest over the weekend and we traveled as a group of 5. After our original booking was canceled at another hotel, we didnt have other choices that could accomodate on last minutes notice. The Westside Hotel was great, we slept 5 in 1 room and was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and exceded any sort of expectations for us. Highly recommend :)

It was clean and rooms were good.
It lacked accommodations that are at all of our other stays - extra pillows, a coffee machine and coffee. Its location was not great for sight seeing. Public transit took a long time every where we went. Breakfast was ridiculously priced high.
