The room and bed was very comfortable The staff was very polite and attentive. The room service, restaurant was very good. The breakfast is excellent. The location is excellent. The spa facilities are excellent.
The reception area was not so clean and smelled dirt and bad. The bathroom amenities were not adequate and not so good quality.
