The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Munich, directly on the famous Maximilian Street. The elegant rooms and suites are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. Culinary highlights inspired by Bavarian cuisine await you at the Schwarzreiter Tagesbar and the fine dining Schwarzreiter Restaurant. The Schwarzreiter Tagesbar also offers a sumptuous breakfast buffet each morning. The elegant Jahreszeiten Bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and fine wines for a cozy end to the day. Sights such as Marienplatz, the Bavarian State Opera and the Hofbräuhaus are within easy walking distance. Boutique shops, galleries and museums are nearby, and the picturesque Hofgarten park is just around the corner. The spa is closed until 31 July 2025 inclusive, the fitness area and massage rooms will reopen on 1 August 2025, the newly designed area including the pool and sauna, will be fully available from 18 August 2025.

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Munich - classical decor. The facilities are wonderful and rooms great and luxurious. beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. The breakfast experience is fantastic and I really recommend to include this in their reservation. A glas of champagne was offered at check-in which was wonderful after a long journey.

The hotel is beautiful and very luxurious. Unfortunately there were a few things that do not allow me to provide a better rating: the room manager at breakfast was quit unpleasant, on Sunday breakfast was served not in the main room, our room was small for the 3 of us, the entrance was always crowded outside and very unfriendly, nobody assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and the service in the main room was very slow.

You arrive with your car and the first warm welcome is guaranteed. You go in and the next lovely welcome is awaiting you. Not only the super friendly staff it’s also the warm atmosphere. This hotel got soul and the charm of times long past. Of course it’s right in the center of Munich which is super convenient and the new renovated spa … the cherry on top. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely be back.
